Opinion

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said court of appeals be and the same is hereby affirmed; for the reason that the issues joined by the pleadings in this case have been finally and fully adjudicated in the case of Wright et al. v. Hull, 83 Ohio St., 385.

Judgment affirmed.

Nichols, C. J., Jones, Matthias, Johnson, Donahue and Wanamaker, JJ., concur.
