AYRES, Judge.

This is a companion case to that of Pate v. Western Geophysical Company of America, 91 So.2d 431, with which it was consolidated and which was this day decided.

For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment appealed is affirmed at appellant’s cost.

Affirmed.
