Order denying defendant’s motion to vacate and set aside a default judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff, to open the defendant’s default in answering, and to permit him to serve and interpose an answer herein, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Ho opinion. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
