Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs, unless plaintiff, within ten days, stipulates that only one cause of action is stated in the complaint, specifying the same, in which event the order is affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concurred.
