Opinion

PER CURIAM.

H.T. Chittum Properties, Inc., and H.T. Chittum Key West, Inc., appeal a non-final order staying circuit court proceedings and compelling arbitration. The order under review is affirmed on authority of OBS Co., Inc. v. Pace Constr. Corp., 558 So.2d 404, 406 (Fla.1990) and Druhill Constr., Inc. v. RSH Constructors, Inc., 518 So.2d 951, 953 (Fla. 1st DCA 1988).

Affirmed.
