Opinion
1. An affidavit charging the defendant with “the offense-of resisting an officer in the discharge of his duty” is broad enough to support an accusation in the city court of Dalton charging the defendant with resisting an officer by assaulting him and beating him.
2. The motion in arrest of judgment was properly overruled. At least, one of the counts of the accusation was good. Judgment affirmed.
