Cobb, J.

The petition and the amendments thereto, as well the demurrers filed by the various parties defendant, are set forth in substance in the official report. When these are read in connection with the headnote, it will clearly appear that the judgment of the trial court in dismissing the case was proper and should be Affirmed.
