Opinion

Broyles, C. J.

The defendant was convicted of operating an automobile while intoxicated. The evidence authorized the verdict, and the motion for a new trial, based on the general grounds only, was properly overruled.

Judgment affirmed.

MacIntyre and Guerry, JJ., concur.
