Opinion

In an action to recover the balance of the purchase price for the sale of a business, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 25, 1959, denying their motion for a change of venue from Nassau County to Kings County. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
