Opinion
after the delivered the resolution of the Court to the following effect:
[294]*294This case stands upon the same ground as that of Kennon v. M’Roberts and wife. The Court have revised and considered that decision; and, unanimously approve It. The judgment of the District Court must therefore be reversed, and judgment entered for Horde.
Judgment reversed.
