COURT ORDER # 04-18-99-2

Appellant, Ronald Lester, filed a motion for appeal to the Hopi Tribal Court to his plea of guilty on October 2, 1998. At this time appellant did not provide any grounds for his request for an appeal. On March 10, appellant was ordered to provide an explanation for his appeal within 30 days. As no explanation has been provided, appellant’s appeal is hereby dismissed.
