The above matter came before the Court on a Motion to Withdraw Appeal for Error of a Decision for Trial Court. The court has not received a response for the Hopi Tribe. The Court finds good cause to grant the motion; therefore,

IT IS ORDERED granting the Motion to Withdraw.
