On argument, order denying defendant’s motion to strike the cause from the preferred jury calendar reversed on the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Adel, JJ., concur.
