Opinion

Land, J.

This case is identical with the one of Zeigler & Marcy against the same defendants just decided; and the defendants and appellees have moved to dismiss the appeal on the same ground.

For the reasons assigned in that case, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the appeal taken in this case be dismissed at the costs of plaintiffs and appellants.
