BOLIN, Judge.

This case was consolidated with No. 10,-269 styled Buckelew, et al. v. Roy, this day [835]*835■decided by us and reported in 168 So.2d 831.

For the reasons shown in the consolidated ■case, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s costs.

Affirmed.
