Opinion

PER CURIAM.

It was reversible error to enter summary final judgment in this cause because there were genuine issues of material fact. We reverse upon authority of Stevens v. Jefferson, 436 So.2d 33 (Fla.1983), and Allen v. Babrab, Inc., 438 So.2d 356 (Fla.1983).

Reversed and Remanded for further proceedings.

HERSEY, C.J., and DELL and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
