Opinion

PER CURIAM:

This claim was submitted for decision based on the allegations in the Notice of Claim and the respondent’s Answer.

Claimant seeks payment of $99.00 for medical services rendered for a patient at Lakin State Hospital. In its Answer, [445]*445the respondent admits the validity of the claim and states that sufficient funds were available from which the claim could have been paid.

In view of the foregoing, the Court makes an award to the claimant in the amount requested.

Award of $99.00.
