Holt v. State

183 S.E. 215, 52 Ga. App. 358, 1936 Ga. App. LEXIS 629
Court of Appeals of Georgia·Decided January 9, 1936·No. 25359·Published

Opinion

Broyles, O. J.

Judgment affirmed.

MacIntyre amd Guerry, JJ., concur. L. M. Wyatt, L. B. Morgan, for plaintiff in error. L. L. Meadors, solicitor, contra.
