The following order has been entered on the joint motion filed on the 17th day of January 2007 by Respondents and Intervenor Respondents for Extension of Time:
"Motion Allowed. Respondents and Intervenor Respondents shall have up to and including the 6th day of February 2007 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 17th day of January 2007."
