Opinion

LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction of aggravated assault; punishment, a fine of $250 and 30 days in the county jail. Appellant was indicted for assault to murder, and upon trial found guilty of aggravated assault. The record contains neither statement of facts nor bills of exception. The charge of the court seems to be in conformity with the law. Binding no error in the record, the judgment will be affirmed.
