Opinion

ALMON, Justice.

The petition of the State of Alabama for a writ of certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals is denied. In denying the writ we do not wish to be understood as approving all of the language contained in the opinion of that court.

Writ Denied.

TORBERT, C. J., and BLOODWORTH, FAULKNER and EMBRY, JJ., concur.
