Before ROY NOBLE LEE, C.J., and ANDERSON and BLASS, JJ.

Conviction of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and sentence of three (3) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with six (6) months suspended is Affirmed. Lafayette County is taxed with all costs of this appeal.
