HALL, Judge.

This is a companion suit to McDonald v. Osborne et al., La.App., 279 So.2d 263, decided this day. The two suits were consolidated for trial in the district court and judgments rendered in both cases rejecting plaintiffs’ demands against the defendant, Allstate Insurance Company.

For the reasons assigned in McDonald v. Osborne et al, the judgment of the district court is affirmed, at appellant’s costs.
