Opinion
This cause coming on for further consideration upon the writ of habeas corpus [273]*273heretofore issued, and the return of the respondent, and the court having considered the same, it now appears that the writ was improvidently issued. Accordingly, the writ of habeas corpus is discharged and the petitioner remanded to the custody of the respondent.
It is so ordered.
