Opinion

PER CURIAM.

It is conceded that these appeals respectively raise the same issue as'that decided by us this day in the appeal of Frank T. Hines, Director of the United States Veterans’ Bureau, Appellant, v. United States ex rel. Harry V. Fisher, 60 App. D. C. 1113, 48 F.(2d) 1067.

In conformity with our decision in that case, the judgments of the lower court in these eases are reversed, and the causes are remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent herewith.
