Howarth, 678 So.2d 823, 824 n. 1 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996)(“We may not, under the abuse of discretion standard, simply supplant [the trial court’s decision to either grant or deny a motion to dismiss on forum non conveniens grounds] with this court’s preference on a de novo review of the same venue factors.”).
