Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is a petition for writ of certiorari in which petitioner, a plaintiff in a personal injury action, seeks review and relief from an order denying her ore tenus motion to have her attorney present during a court-ordered orthopedic examination.

We grant the petition, quash the order and remand for the trial court to reconsider the plaintiffs motion in light of Bartell v. McCarrick, 498 So.2d 1378 (Fla. 4th DCA 1986).

HERSEY, C.J., and GLICKSTEIN and STONE, JJ., concur.
