Opinion

Action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff was a passenger in a taxicab which swerved from the road and collided with a pole in an attempt to avoid collision with a car on its right, which suddenly turned toward the taxi. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present •— Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Hagarty, Scudder and Davis, JJ.
