In an action to recover damages, based upon the alleged fraudulent alteration of a certain warehouse receipt, the complaint was dismissed after trial. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present—• Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldoek, Murphy and Kleinfeld, JJ.
