Opinion

PRICE, Judge.

This is a companion suit to Suit No. 12,359, Mrs. Katie E. Folden Alford v. North-Central Area Vocational Technical School, in which a decision was rendered on this date.

As the facts and issues are identical, for the reasons assigned in our opinion reported at 298 So.2d 889, we affirm the judgment of the trial court sustaining the exception of no right of action and dismissing plaintiff’s demands.

All costs of this appeal are to be paid by appellant.
