Opinion

I shall advise his Honor, the Chancellor, to decree that the releases executed by Rachel and Hannah be delivered up to be cancelled, and that thereupon the bond held by Rachel be surrendered ; and that Rachel and the heirs of Hannah be let in to their shares under the will of the testator, and that a proper account be taken under the order of the court.
