Opinion
Craig Hester appeals the trial court’s denial of credit for time at liberty following his premature release. Because Hester’s premature release cannot be attributed to “fault” on Hester’s part, we reverse. See Carson v. State, 489 So.2d 1236 (Fla. 2d DCA 1986).
Reversed and remanded.
