In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protest consists of certain vinyl articles similar in all material respects to those the subject of Zenith Novelty Co. et al. v. United States (49 Cust. Ct. 215, Abstract 67011), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
