Opinion

PER CURIAM.

On the authority of David Miller Distributing Company, Inc. v. Florida National Bank at Arlington, 342 So.2d 856 (Fla. 1st DCA 1977), we reverse as to all parties except the Estate of Mathias Rolao. As to the other parties, the allegations of the second- amended complaint state a cause of action in trespass.

MILLS, Acting C. J., and SMITH and ERVIN, JJ., concur.
