AFTER REMAND

BOWEN, Judge.

In accordance with the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Herndon v. State, 563 So.2d 1065 (Ala.1990), the judgment of the circuit court convicting the defendant of robbery in the first degree is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
