Hermanowski v. Morrison, Brown Argiz & Co., P.A.

901 So. 2d 390, 2005 Fla. App. LEXIS 6777, 2005 WL 1111867
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided May 11, 2005·No. No. 3D04-328·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellant’s Fourth Amended Complaint, which sought to allege claims for accounting malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty against the appellee-accounting firm. We affirm the order of dismissal, but should appellant Joan Hermanowski re-file her complaint, the re-filed complaint will, for statute of limitations purposes, relate back to the originally filed complaint.
