Gonzalez’s motion for summary judgment is REVERSED, and judgment is RENDERED that Salvador Johnson, Sr. and Amy Marshall take nothing against Heriberto D. Gonzalez. Costs of appeal are taxed against Salvador Johnson, Sr. and Amy Marshall.
