■—Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Edgcomb and Crosby, JJ., who dissent and vote for reversal on the law and facts and dismissal of the complaint, on the ground that the finding of negligence on the part of the defendant is contrary to and against the weight of the evidence.
