Opinion

DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the case of Hoffpauir, et al. v. City of Crowley, et al., La.App., 284 So.2d 114, the judgment of the District Court is affirmed at the costs, insofar as they are assessable to them, of defendants-appellants in both courts.

Affirmed.
