As this court has granted a motion to enforce the mandate filed in Henriquez v. Crosby, 872 So.2d 450 (Fla. 1st DCA 2004) , the petition for writ of certiorari is denied. The cross-petition for writ of cer-tiorari is hereby dismissed pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.350(b).
