Opinion

It is ordered and adjudged by this court that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on the authority of Bashore v. Brown, Treas., 108 Ohio St., 18, and City of Cuyahoga Falls v. Beck, ante, 82.

Judgment affirmed.
