Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the final judgment entered for the appellee, defendant below, and order a new trial upon a holding that such judgment was entered and the trial concluded before the plaintiffs concluded the presentation of their evidence to support their claims. We affirm the trial court’s order striking the plaintiffs’ claim for punitive damages. See Lewis v. Guthartz, 428 So.2d 222 (Fla.1982).

Affirmed in part; reversed in part, and remanded for a new trial.
