Order denying defendant’s motion to vacate certiorari order and granting petitioners’ motion to amend the petition and the certiorari order nunc -pro tunc affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to appellant to file the return within ten days from service of a copy of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
