In an action to restrain defendant from interfering with the use and enjoyment by plaintiffs of an easement to a lake beach front for boating and bathing, defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
