Opinion

It was ordered and adjudged by this court on May 24, 1921 [102 Ohio St., 674] that the judgment of the said court of appeals be reversed; and a rehearing having been granted, said cause came on again to be heard, and was argued by counsel and submitted to the court. On further consideration, it is now ordered that said judgment of reversal be, and the same hereby is, adhered to.
