In action to recover damages sustained through the alleged negligence of defendant in permitting certain securities to be taken and stolen from the safe deposit box rented by it to the plaintiff, judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s case unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Seudder and Johnston, JJ.
