Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he slipped on a piece of ice which was on the sidewalk in front of the premises where defendant maintained and operated an ice plant. Judgment for plaintiff affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur; Close, J., dissents on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence.
