AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the directions of the Supreme Court of Alabama in the consol[781]*781idated cases of Ex parte Hays and Ex parte State, 518 So.2d 768 (Ala.1986), the judgment and sentence of the circuit court are affirmed.

The opinion issued December 8, 1987 is withdrawn. This opinion is substituted in its place.

OPINION SUBSTITUTED; AFFIRMED.
