Opinion

Per Ctjriam:

We are of opinion that the judgment in this case was clearly right. The award of damages only bears interest from the time of filing. It was the duty of the jury to file the 'award, and if they failed, the plaintiff could have hastened them by an order of the court.

Judgment affirmed
