Because the notice of appeal was not timely filed, this appeal is hereby dis[42]*42missed for lack of jurisdiction. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.110(b). Appellant’s pending motion to stay proceedings of lower tribunal pending appeal, filed March 16, 2004, is denied as moot.
DISMISSED.
